GroundSchool is a non-profit learning centre for the food and farming community, to share knowledge about regenerative systems of food production and teach the skills needed to make them happen.
We aim to inspire and enable members of the local and wider community to change the way they produce and consume food. We will do this through practical farming courses, food and cookery courses and health and wellbeing courses, amongst others. All courses will be aimed at evolving to an agroecological, regenerative food system.
Our sessions will be created and delivered through a collaborative partnership model, sharing the collective wisdom of many teachers and practitioners. Hosted on a working farm in Weston, Hertfordshire, we are developing a community of diverse enterprises whose projects will demonstrate the various aspects of agroecology as well as producing food for local communities.
